Overview
Every TinyLoops sweater is made to order — hand-knit and embroidered with your baby's name by Lucy and our small team. Because each piece is created from scratch just for you, there's a short wait between when you order and when it arrives. Here's exactly what to expect.
Order Timeline
Day 1 — You place your order. Choose your color, size, and the name you'd like embroidered. Check out securely with any major card or wallet.
Days 1–5 — We knit and personalize. Lucy hand-knits your sweater and embroiders the name. Each one is made one at a time, never rushed. Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
After knitting — Packed and dispatched. Your sweater is wrapped beautifully and handed to our shipping partner. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment it ships.
2–4 working days — Delivered. Your package arrives at your door, ready to wear or gift.
Total time from order to doorstep: typically 5–9 business days. It can take a bit longer during peak seasons. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or redirect it.
If it's lost in transit, we will replace or refund it, including shipping cost
Where We Ship
TinyLoops currently ships within the United States only. We deliver to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You'll receive two emails from us:
- Order confirmation — immediately after checkout, confirming your sweater details and total.
- Shipping confirmation — once your sweater has been packed and handed to the courier, including a tracking number.
If you don't see the order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each sweater is made to order, production begins within 24 hours of your order being placed. We can typically only accommodate changes (size, color, name spelling) or cancellations within 12 hours of order placement. After that, your sweater is already on the needles.
If you need to make a change, email hello@tinyloops.shop as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Since we begin production quickly, address changes after the 12-hour window may not be possible. If we ship to the address you provided and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, return shipping and reship costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once your sweater leaves our hands it's with the courier — but we don't disappear at that point.
- Tracking shows delivered, but you don't have it? Wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mark items delivered a day early), then check with neighbors and your local post office. If it still hasn't turned up, email us with your order number.
- Package damaged on arrival? Take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
- Significant delay? If your package is more than 5 working days past the estimated delivery date with no movement on tracking, email us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During peak gift-giving periods (Mother's Day, baby shower season, the holidays), production times may run slightly longer. We'll post current lead times on our site whenever delays are expected. For guaranteed holiday delivery, we recommend ordering by the cutoff dates we share each season.
