Tinyloops doesn't accept returns or exchanges because every sweater is hand-knit just for you. But if we make a mistake, we'll fix it free — defects, wrong names, transit damage, all covered within 7 days. Email us via hello@tinyloops.shop and we'll make it right as soon as possible. You don't need to send any defective product back to us.

The general rule is, if we make a mistake we shall fix it for free
